Wine in the Garden, Beer in the Barn Fundraiser
While our focus may be on TV shows and social media apps, the great outdoors still calls out to each of us with its natural beauty. Along the same lines, preserving our environment continually requires our attention so that future generations can enjoy the beauty around us.
The Howard County Conservancy, a non-profit land trust established in 1990, focuses on land preservation and providing educational programs on the 232-acre Mt. Pleasant farm.
For 24 years, the Conservancy has educated children and young adults on being good environmental stewards, ecosystem allies, and proponents of flora and fauna in the Chesapeake Bay watershed. In addition, the Conservancy has served as an Educational Partner with Howard County’s public school system since 2003.
ExoConsulting, an international sports management company, is excited to serve as an event sponsor for the 14th annual Wine in the Garden, Beer in the Barn event on Thursday, September 23, 2021. The event celebrates and supports the Howard County Conservancy’s environmental and preservation programs.
Participants enjoy fine wine, craft beer and non-alcoholic beverages in the Conservancy’s garden. In addition, partakers can sample foods from local restaurants and caterers while exploring the native plant garden. Festivities include a silent auction and raffle with getaways, artworks and more set to live bluegrass music.
This year’s Wine in the Garden, Beer in the Barn event has limited capacity in keeping with social distancing guidelines, along with covered space constraints in the event of inclement weather. Should more tickets become available, click this link to receive notification system now.
